Hi everyone,

In heartfelt love, Granddaddy Adam Shaw, Sr. and Grandmother Courtney Shaw became parents of 14 children, the Third Generation of the Shaw family.

When I heard that my grandparents were always kind to each other the way I had seen them, it did not come as a surprise that they became parents to lots of children. Their children, the Third Generation of the Shaw family, were Daddy, the oldest of fourteen siblings—ten brothers and two sisters born in this order—Daddy Adam (Boy) and Gilbert, Willie Lee, Charlie, J. B. (Jack), Rosa, Abe, Morgan, Dollar Bill, Robert, Moses, and John, and two died in child birth. In all, Granddaddy fathered total of fifteen children in his two marriages and they all remained good friends a lifetime.
